"Know ye that the LORD he is God:
it is he that hath made us,
and not we ourselves;
we are his people,
and the sheep of his pasture."

Theological arguments that
support God as being the creator
- Cosmological Argument: This argument posits that everything that begins to exist has a cause. Since the universe began to exist, it must have a cause outside of itself, which many identify as God.
- Teleological Argument (Design Argument): This argument asserts that the complex order and design in the universe indicate a purposeful creator. The precise conditions necessary for life suggest intentional design rather than random occurrence.
- Moral Argument: This argument states that if objective moral values exist, there must be a source for them. Many argue that God is the foundation for these moral values, implying a Creator who establishes right and wrong.
- Ontological Argument: This philosophical argument suggests that the very concept of a perfect being (God) implies its existence. If God is defined as the greatest conceivable being, then God must exist in reality to be considered perfect.
wisdom from job
If you take the words from the Bible that speak of creation, the book of Job tells us that we can learn much from the lower order creatures about who made them and who gives them their voices.
"Even birds and animals have much they could teach you; ask the creatures of earth and sea for their wisdom. All of them know that the Lord's hand made them. It is God who directs the lives of his creatures; everyone's life is in his power."
Job 12:7-10
& creature knowledge
Have you applied your observations about lower created beings
in how you do life?
example - dogs (German Shepherd - loyal, loving, watchful care -
service / therapy dogs)
Are you becoming creative like your Creator?
example - praying/ healing - providing care, help, friendship
(good Samaritan)
Are you loving and respecting all that He has made?
(Jesus)
example - forgiving, wrongs not gossiped, opportunities to make
things right taken, relationships deepened, life made fuller
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Jeremiah 1:5
